Renato and his team demonstrated remarkable efficiency, completing our project ahead of schedule despite a tight deadline. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication exceeded all expectations. From meticulous preparation to the final painting, their hard work was evident. The team consistently arrived at 8 AM and worked until 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. Operating on a contract basis, payment is made upon completion and inspection of the work, with no upfront deposit required. General painting turned our boring brown lakehouse into a beauty on the water with the gorgeous sherwin Williams colors we chose in vinyl safe paint. I cannot express in words how meticulous every detail was and if we weren’t satisfied, they fixed it. A little hard to communicate with the painters themselves (spoke portugese) and they weren’t as careful around my fragile plants as I had hoped. I'm hoping those plants come back next year. But if you’re even thinking about painting your vinyl siding, call no one else! The price was better than the other 3 I called & Reneto explained their process in detail & even gave us his opinion when we didn’t know which color to use on certain parts of the house. They also finished before our deadline. Do yourself a favor & call them first! ~ Samm W
We chose General Painting to paint the exterior of our house because it offered a relatively lower price among the three quotes we received and also because they made it clear that they won't leave the job before it's done. All payment is due after completion. The paint job started around the date promised and took about three weeks to complete due to rainy/freezing days. The crew did a great job. They were all very honest, hardworking people. The project manager, his name is Junior, was on the job the entire time and was very thorough and easy to work with. Overall, we are very happy with the experience and how the house looks after the paint. Highly recommend and will consider hiring again when we need to paint the interior of the house in the future. ~ Xiaowen J
